Winner will be determined by the heaviest legal Snapper, all snapper within the 180ft boundaries are in play, must have video of the fish surfacing with a vertical jig in it’s mouth, take photo with boat number and the angler. Capture on video the depth it was caught in, as well as marking the fish with 2 long slits in the tail
