Warriors on the Water and Liquid Lifestyle Fishing Charters present the first Grand Snapper Slam Tournament
Hosted in Venice Florida, Weigh-In at Gulf Harbor Marina
Weigh in starts at 3pm – Closes at 6pm – Lines in at 6am
Captains Meeting on May 9th – 6pm at Hooters of Port Charlotte
Join us for the battle over the biggest Snapper. Payouts will be calculated once all entries are in. The more boats, the better the payout.
All proceeds benefit Warriors on the Water 501(c)(3) and help us serve our mission of facilitating and funding a positive outlet for veterans within nature and one of a kind charter fishing experiences.
Limited Division Entry Fee $300
Unlimited Division $600
– Heaviest three Snapper aggregate to win main prize.
-All three fish will be weighed at the same time.
-Eligible Species, Mangrove, Mutton, and Yellowtail for main prize.
Limited Division Boundaries (Western Boundaries to the 832000 line – Southern & Northern Limitations from Naples – Ceder Key)
-Take photos and videos of all quality fish that may potentially be entered into the weigh in, include boat number and video showing the depth the fish was caught in.
-For Big Money Mango & the Heaviest Mangrove Snapper, 2 different fish must be used if a team buys into both categories. A team that wins Big Money Mango could use their second heaviest Mangrove Snapper towards the $250 Heaviest Mangrove Snapper Category.
